More than 40 years of operation under heavy-duty conditions: We recently received a request for a replacement motor for the drive of a milling disc – the original BEN motor dated back to 1981. Its performance was so impressive that the replacement motor was ordered with the exact same specifications as the original from 1981.

Custom motors often have to fulfil heavy-duty requirements for harsh environments such as dirt, extreme temperatures, vibration or impacts. Shocks are particularly challenging for motors as they exert a short-term high load on the system and therefore also on the motor.
